These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalLine app and services. By creating an account or using LocalLine, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and verify your phone number via OTP to use LocalLine. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Customers may browse shops, place orders, and track deliveries. Merchants may list products for sale, subject to admin approval. Riders may accept and fulfill deliveries. Each role has its own responsibilities and is subject to approval or verification where applicable.
Order totals may include the item subtotal, a delivery fee (based on distance), a platform fee, applicable discounts, and an optional tip. Merchants receive their subtotal minus any applicable platform commission. Riders receive a base delivery amount plus any tips and applicable incentives. Admin-configured rates may change from time to time.
See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and stock status, and for preparing orders in a timely manner. Products and shops are subject to admin approval and may be removed for policy violations.
Riders are independent delivery partners responsible for safely and promptly delivering accepted orders. Repeated skipped deliveries or policy violations may affect a rider's standing on the platform.
LocalLine facilitates connections between customers, merchants, and riders, and is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalLine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using LocalLine and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LocalLine after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please raise a support ticket in the app.
